Growth Protocol is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered workflows. The role involves discovery, workflow scoping, integration architecture, AI model orchestration, proof-of-value, deployment, and collaboration with internal product, data science, backend, consulting, sales, and customer success teams. Candidates need at least five years of hybrid technical and client-facing experience, AI/ML workflow deployment experience, strong Python and distributed-systems skills, and the ability to communicate with senior executives. The position can be based in the New York office or performed fully remotely in the United States or Canada.
