Level AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer - Agents to lead end-to-end implementation of AI Virtual Agents and customer experience automation workflows. The role owns agent deployment execution, workflow and decision logic configuration, guardrails, enterprise-system integrations, customer success planning, and collaboration with Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams. Candidates should have at least five years of technical customer-facing experience, strong coding and API skills, experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions, and comfort working in EST hours.
