Nion is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for its Stockholm office to work embedded with client teams and turn AI and workflow automation from proof-of-concept into secure, adopted processes. The role covers analysis, process design, implementation of LLM-based and agentic solutions, integration with business systems, adoption and handover, and governance under GDPR and the EU AI Act. Candidates need at least five years of delivery, consulting or solutions experience, strong process and AI implementation skills, client-facing experience, and fluency in Swedish and English. The position is not a deep software-engineering role and may involve travel for client projects.
