Description
Reflection is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate advanced AI research into enterprise agentic applications. The role partners with deployment strategists and sales, architects customer solutions, builds and deploys production systems, integrates LLM workflows and enterprise infrastructure, collaborates with research teams on model adaptation, and supports hybrid cloud, VPC, and on-premises deployments. Candidates need software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript, enterprise software deployment experience, modern DevOps practices, and hands-on experience with machine learning, vector databases, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning.
