Description
Nitra is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Solutions to support the adoption and expansion of its AI software platform for healthcare practices. The role partners with Sales and Customer Success on technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning; leads customer implementations through production launch; drives adoption and customer satisfaction; and collaborates with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to influence roadmaps and improve the customer experience. The position requires at least five years of relevant solutions, sales, consulting, implementation, or customer engineering experience, strong technical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
