Description
Arcesium is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Corporate AI Transformation team and build production-grade AI agents, workflow automations, and internal applications. The role partners with business, operations, engineering, and security teams to identify high-impact use cases, design agent architectures, prototype with LLMs and agent frameworks, evaluate build-vs-buy options, and drive adoption and measurable impact. Candidates need at least six years of hands-on engineering experience, strong systems and API fundamentals, experience building internal tools or automation systems, and the ability to translate business processes into reliable technical solutions.
