Description
Arcesium is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Corporate AI Transformation team and build production-grade AI agents, workflow automations, and internal applications. The role partners with business, operations, engineering, and security teams to identify high-impact use cases, design agent architectures, prototype with LLMs and agent frameworks, evaluate build-vs-buy options, and drive adoption and measurable impact. Candidates need at least six years of hands-on engineering experience, strong systems and API fundamentals, experience building internal tools or automation systems, and the ability to work iteratively in ambiguous environments. The expected annual base salary is $200,000–$250,000, with variable compensation, medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k matching.
