Citi is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with business process owners and technology leaders on AI transformation, identify automation opportunities, design and prototype AI-powered solutions, translate requirements, measure ROI, document processes, and train business users. The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering, along with expertise in LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, natural language processing, and data modeling. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Tampa, Florida, with a salary range of $141,440 to $212,160 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
