Description
monday.com is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers and C-level and technical stakeholders. The role owns end-to-end AI-driven solution delivery, including requirements discovery, workflow and solution architecture, prototypes and MVPs, integrations, security provisioning, automation, troubleshooting, and customer onboarding. It also partners with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate customer needs into platform capabilities and advises customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of forward-deployed, implementation, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS or enterprise software, along with strong integration, generative and agentic AI, and communication skills. It is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in Singapore or a customer office.
