DevRev is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with pre- and post-sales Customer Experience teams, developing AI agents, integrations, and automations that connect the platform to customers’ SaaS and non-SaaS systems. The role combines customer-facing work with hands-on technical implementation, including API and webhook integration, SQL and data analysis, AI performance optimization, rapid prototyping, technical demos, and customer workflow guidance. Candidates need at least five years of software development, systems integration, or platform engineering experience, strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python, and experience with cloud deployment, observability, and data transformation.
