Snowflake is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer, Applied AI for its Cortex AI team. The role builds and deploys production-grade AI solutions, agents, pipelines, and ML systems for enterprise customers, using Snowflake AI Platform, Cortex, and native LLM capabilities. Responsibilities include rapid development with Python and SQL, data validation, observability, customer technical advising, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of professional software engineering experience, hands-on LLM or ML application experience, data modeling and ETL/ELT experience, and advanced proficiency in a backend programming language.
