Description
Aircall is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for customers. The role combines customer discovery, integration design and deployment, AI Agent configuration, cross-functional project leadership, reusable framework development, team enablement, outbound pipeline generation, and product ownership. It is a hybrid, revenue-driving role across solutions engineering, software engineering, consulting, professional services, and product ownership, requiring 0–6+ years of relevant experience, client-facing work, API and low-code skills, and strong stakeholder management.
