Description
Appen is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients on GenAI data solutions. The role owns delivered data quality, defines requirements and annotation guidelines, builds scalable and observable pipelines, and contributes reusable quality frameworks. It requires at least three years of customer-facing technical experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and experience with GenAI, machine learning, or model-evaluation data. The position is hybrid in San Francisco, California, with two days per week in the office, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
