Description
Arthur is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and build AI-agent solutions using its telemetry, evaluation, UI, and integration systems. The role combines full-stack engineering, customer-facing AI expertise, SQL and dashboard development, technical account support, and product feedback to turn customer patterns into reusable features. Candidates should have strong full-stack ability, comfort with ambiguity and context-switching, modern AI-tooling fluency, and strong communication skills; prior forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, consulting, startup, or AI/ML observability experience is preferred. The target base salary is $170,000-$220,000.
