Assort Health is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to own customer deployments of production AI agents for healthcare organizations. The role covers technical scoping, custom integrations, workflow design, go-live support, debugging across phone systems and EHRs, production optimization, and feedback to product engineering. Candidates need a software engineering background, production-code experience, Python proficiency, API and integration experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Healthcare systems, customer-facing engineering, telephony, AI/LLM applications, and enterprise-customer experience are preferred.
