Banyan Software is hiring a hybrid Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with application teams and lead the modernization of enterprise applications toward AWS cloud-native architectures. The role combines hands-on full-stack development, CI/CD and Terraform engineering, architectural guidance, change management, and adoption of AI-assisted software development practices. Candidates need at least five years of progressive software engineering experience, strong full-stack and cloud-native expertise, and the ability to influence technical direction without formal authority.
