Beacon Software is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with one or two portfolio companies, identify high-leverage business workflows, build agentic software using TypeScript, Python, React, SQL, and LLM-native systems, operate the resulting workflows, and codify reusable patterns for other portfolio companies. The role is a hybrid position with significant on-site or portfolio-company time and requires a generalist engineering background, customer focus, autonomy, strong written communication, and experience with production agentic systems.
