Description
Blaxel is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with strategic customers, founders, and product and engineering teams to deploy and support Blaxel in production environments. The role owns technical discovery, integrations, deployment plans, debugging, runbooks, reliability, performance, cost, and operational visibility, while also feeding customer learnings into product and engineering. It is a hands-on engineering position involving onsite architecture mapping and deep code debugging, with strong TypeScript/Node or Python, production software, cloud, container, networking, observability, and CI/CD experience preferred.
