Bluprintx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded with critical clients, deploying and configuring marketing, content, CRM, data, AI, and agentic workflows directly in client systems. The role focuses on rapid iterative releases, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, cost control, specialist coordination, and reusable patterns. It requires technical fluency across the front office stack, hands-on AI and agentic workflow experience, rapid-deployment instincts, client-facing confidence, commercial judgment, and comfort with ambiguity. The position is full-time and remote in the United States, with an anticipated base salary of $280,000–$320,000 and benefits including medical insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick leave, and remote working.
