Description
Cartesia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. This role involves embedding directly with enterprise customers to deliver agentic voice AI solutions. The engineer will write and ship production-grade code, lead end-to-end deployments, troubleshoot issues, identify new use cases, and surface recurring patterns to influence the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has strong backend engineering fundamentals, experience with API and distributed service integration, comfort with cloud and containerized environments like AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes, and the ability to navigate enterprise constraints such as authentication, networking, observability, and security reviews. They should also possess high ownership and communication skills.
