Certa is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with Fortune 500 customers on third-party risk, compliance, security, privacy, legal, procurement, finance, and sustainability workflows. The role involves discovery, process mapping, workflow and form configuration, integrations, debugging, testing, go-live delivery, hypercare, and handover, while also identifying platform limitations and creating reusable templates. Candidates need at least three years of customer-facing technical delivery experience, hands-on API and scripting skills, production LLM experience, and delivery fluency. The position is remote-first and globally available, with optional travel to London, San Francisco, or Jaipur.
