Description
Cinder is hiring a technical customer-facing role to own customer implementations after a deal closes. The role works with customers, CSMs, and agent product managers to shape solutions, build proofs of concept, own end-to-end deployments, connect Cinder to customer stacks through APIs and data pipelines, enable customer teams, and turn fieldwork into product improvements. It requires 4–8 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience, strong Python fundamentals, and familiarity with SQL, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL; a degree is not required. The team is based in London and offers medical and dental insurance.
