Clara is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of Product Engineering and Go-To-Market teams, embedded with partners and customers. The role owns the full integration lifecycle—from qualification and scoping through connector and adapter development, partner coordination, platform reuse, quality and observability, and handoff. Candidates need at least four years of backend software development experience, strong API and integration knowledge, backend language proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese. The position follows a hybrid work model with flexible office attendance.
