Description
The role is a customer-facing manufacturing SaaS engineering position responsible for deploying and configuring a shop-floor platform at enterprise manufacturing sites, integrating the platform with MES, ERP, and SCADA systems, training operators and plant managers, serving as the technical customer voice, and identifying expansion opportunities. It requires 5 or more years of software engineering or technical customer-facing experience, full-stack engineering skills, French and English fluency, and comfort working on-site at manufacturing facilities. The role is hybrid and based in Paris, with regular on-site customer-site work, and offers $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually plus visa sponsorship.
