Description
This is a customer-facing engineering role at a pre-seed AI fintech startup focused on private-market operations. The engineer will own end-to-end technical delivery for customer deployments, including discovery, workflow mapping, AI-driven automation, prototyping, production launch, and feedback into product development. The role requires 1–6 years of production software experience, strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, customer-facing technical delivery experience, and the ability to work independently; private-market or fund-accounting experience is a plus. The position is on-site in Berlin, Germany, with a salary of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually and visa sponsorship available.
