Description
The founding engineer will own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup. The role sets engineering patterns and architectural decisions, ships production systems, and shapes agent orchestration, durable execution, and self-healing infrastructure. It requires 2–9 years of professional software engineering experience, a rigorous technical degree, startup or early-stage venture-backed company experience, full-stack production-system ownership, and familiarity with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS. The position is on-site five days per week in San Francisco, with an annual salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD and visa sponsorship available where an O-1 visa is a realistic path.
