Description

ConductorAI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work onsite with customers in the Washington, DC area, configuring and supporting ConductorAI software, translating customer feedback into product improvements, and building and deploying LLM-powered platform features. The role requires Python and TypeScript development, customer-facing technical communication, system reliability work, and up to 40% domestic and OCONUS travel. Candidates need an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and at least two years of professional software or forward-deployed engineering experience; the base salary is $150,000–$220,000 with equity opportunity.
