Condukt is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with financial services and fintech customers, translating their operational needs into technical solutions. The role covers customer-facing technical planning, end-to-end configuration and deployment through public APIs, custom tool development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaboration with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work, along with API, Python or JavaScript, and LLM or generative-model integration experience. The position is onsite in London or Porto two days per week and includes competitive salary, equity, private health insurance, and leave.
