Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer will own the full lifecycle of construction robots at customer sites, from setup and commissioning through field validation, maintenance, and long-term support. The role partners directly with customers to translate operational needs into robot and platform features, develops and deploys new functionality, troubleshoots field issues, and manages deployment roadmaps. It is a full-time, in-person position in San Francisco requiring at least two years of professional engineering experience, customer-site travel, and experience with hardware, software, or mechatronics products.
