Description
Deepgram is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic restaurant and restaurant-technology customers, building production-scale integrations, voice agents, tooling, and prompt-engineering solutions. The role spends 60–80% of its time on customer delivery, 10–25% on solution scoping and expansion, and about 15% on internal collaboration, with recurring on-site work and an in-office presence in San Francisco or New York City. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, production backend experience, cloud and API experience, and strong customer-facing skills; audio, third-party API, containerization, and modern programming-language experience are preferred.
