Description
Dexory is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as an intelligent interface between engineering teams and customers, investigating complex multi-system issues, monitoring fleet and site health, supporting new customer deployments, routing escalations, advising customers, and improving platform reliability. The role requires 4–5+ years of solutions engineering or technical operations experience, strong data and observability skills, cloud and container experience, Python or equivalent scripting, and international travel to customer sites.
