Elixirr is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with delivery teams and internal functions, identify high-leverage AI opportunities, and build working prototypes of agents and agentic applications. The role focuses on rapid problem-to-prototype development, instrumenting solutions, extracting reusable components, and handing off production-ready software to the production engineering team. It requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, recent LLM or agentic application experience, full-stack or backend engineering fundamentals, cloud experience, and strong business acumen.
