Granica is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on-site in Mountain View, California, serving as a technical bridge between customers, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams. The role involves deploying and configuring Granica in enterprise data environments, investigating performance, reliability, storage, and compute-cost issues, debugging Apache Spark workloads, conducting technical evaluations, and translating findings into customer recommendations. Candidates need at least five years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role, along with strong Spark, distributed-data, SQL, and lakehouse experience.
