Description
Growth Protocol is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered workflows. The role involves discovery, workflow scoping, integration architecture, AI model orchestration, proof-of-value, deployment, and collaboration with internal and consulting teams. Candidates need at least five years of hybrid technical and client-facing experience, AI/ML workflow deployment experience, strong Python and distributed-systems skills, and professional fluency in German and English. The position is fully remote until the Munich office opens in Summer 2026, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule, and candidates must be based in Germany within commuting distance of Munich.
