H Company is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers on automating multi-step tasks through AI agents. The role involves identifying customer needs, integrating systems and third-party APIs, rapidly iterating solutions, building and maintaining scalable production services, and collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams. Candidates need at least three years of AI and software engineering experience, strong Python skills, experience with LLMs or agentic workflows, backend and frontend framework knowledge, production systems experience, and willingness to travel for customer engagements.
