Description
IFS is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers and build production AI applications for workforce, project, scheduling, and service systems. The role combines technical discovery, full-lifecycle feature development, API and event-driven service integration, data pipelines, model serving, retrieval and RAG, monitoring, and production reliability. It requires at least five years of experience building and operating production systems, strong general-purpose programming, cloud-native and Kubernetes expertise, and hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise integrations.
