Description
Intermedia Intelligent Communications is hiring a remote Field Deployment Engineer for its Professional Services team. The role leads customer-facing AI application deployments from discovery and design through go-live and hypercare, including AI voice agents, intelligent routing, virtual assistants, CRM-integrated workflows, and contact center automation. The engineer will configure and integrate AI applications with CRM and enterprise platforms, build REST API and webhook integrations, support UAT, and create deployment documentation. The position requires 2–3+ years of relevant professional services or technical implementation experience, contact center and cloud communications knowledge, and familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs. The expected base salary is $95,000–$150,000 USD, with an annual performance bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
