Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer will own customer deployments of an AI-powered procurement platform, from discovery and data migration through integration, configuration, and go-live. The role combines software engineering with direct customer engagement, including building ERP, PLM, MES, and other enterprise integrations; writing production code, SQL and GraphQL queries; troubleshooting APIs and data flows; configuring procurement workflows; and translating customer needs into product requirements. The position is in-office in Seattle or Chicago, requires travel to customer sites, and offers a $150,000–$225,000 base salary plus equity and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
