Description
Kong is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Professional Services organization and work directly with enterprise customers on hands-on implementation, automation, migration, and production-grade solutions involving Kong’s API and AI connectivity platform. The role spans cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, customer delivery, platform modernization, Kubernetes automation, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant customer-facing engineering or platform engineering experience, strong software engineering and cloud-native expertise, and experience with API management, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and major cloud providers.
