LILT is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between its core engineering teams and complex enterprise customers. The role involves onboarding clients, integrating the LILT platform, designing and implementing customized solutions, providing on-site support and training, troubleshooting escalated issues, advising on best practices, and relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least five years of customer-facing technical experience, strong AI and software integration knowledge, programming ability, and frequent travel to client sites.
