Description
MAËLYS is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead its AI transformation across global e-commerce and retail operations. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor partnering with the CEO and management team, then transitions to building and leading a small AI team. Responsibilities include defining AI strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities, designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications, establishing governance and standards, and measuring business impact. The role requires a strong technical foundation, at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and modern generative AI technologies, and fluency in Hebrew and English.
