Description
MelodyArc is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and design, implement, troubleshoot, and scale AI Operator solutions using the MelodyArc Point Engine. The role owns solution architecture, production-grade integrations, AI/ML workflows, configuration, customer adoption, and reusable deployment patterns, while collaborating with Deployment Strategists, Sales, and Product. It requires 7+ years of software development, AI system design, or data/solutions engineering experience, full-stack proficiency in TypeScript/NodeJS and Python, SQL, and hands-on AI API integration. The position is remote in the United States with possible travel to customer sites.
