Description
Neon is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to scale its partner engineering function. The role works with sales and customer success teams to build and manage developer onboarding, maintain customer-facing documentation, develop new customer-facing features, and shape the engineering team’s growth and standards. Candidates need at least five years of partner engineering or similar customer-facing engineering experience, API documentation experience, full-stack product development experience, leadership experience, and fluency in English and Korean. The position is based in Seoul, South Korea.
