Netic is hiring a Forward Deployed Agent Engineer to build and deploy multi-modal AI agents for essential-service businesses. The role involves architecting agents, collaborating with enterprise customers, managing the full lifecycle from design through rollout, ensuring scalable and reliable systems, running experiments with text and voice models, and using insights to inform product and engineering roadmaps. Candidates need at least two years of production experience with Python and TypeScript, hands-on LLM and AI-systems experience, and the ability to work directly with customers.
