Description
NiCE is hiring an individual contributor to architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents for large-scale enterprise customers. The role owns the full agent lifecycle from pilot through launch and ongoing refinement, develops scalable agentic systems, designs reusable frameworks, integrates voice models, and partners with customer executives and engineering teams. Candidates should have hands-on experience building and operating production systems at scale, strong technical problem-solving ability, knowledge of AI agent tooling, and familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
