Description
Northwood is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for satellite customers, guiding them from mission discovery through onboarding, deployment, and post-deployment support. The role involves hands-on implementation and integration, debugging, code shipping, technical discovery, demos, qualification support, and translating customer needs into priorities for Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Program Management. It requires 7+ years of customer-facing technical experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer-trust skills, up to 30% travel, a Top Secret security clearance, and on-site work five days per week.
