Description
OpenAI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Seoul to lead end-to-end production deployments of frontier models for strategic customers. The role owns technical delivery, system design, full-stack development, customer adoption, deployment sequencing, risk management, and feedback to Research and Product. It requires 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, customer-facing work, complex-system delivery, production-grade Python, JavaScript, or comparable-stack development, and experience with LLMs or generative models. The position uses a hybrid model with three office days per week, offers relocation assistance, and expects 50% travel.
