OpenHands is hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer (Post Sales) to work directly with customers deploying OpenHands Enterprise, building integrations, developing agentic use cases, enabling adoption, and debugging production systems. The role requires at least five years of software engineering or customer-embedded technical experience, backend or systems programming, containerized workload deployment, and customer-facing technical support. It offers a $175,000–$240,000 base salary plus equity and bonus, remote-first work, and fully covered U.S. health, vision, and dental insurance.
