Description
OpenRouter is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its post-sales team and help customers implement, adopt, and scale OpenRouter. The role combines customer success, technical support, customer engineering, product feedback, and developer relations, with responsibilities including technical onboarding, API and SDK integration, inference architecture advice, troubleshooting, adoption optimization, and building reusable implementation assets. The engineer will work directly with customer developers and engineering leaders, partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and regularly work from customer offices across the San Francisco Bay Area with potential travel.
