Paebbl is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on-site at RDM, deploying and configuring AI tools, agentic systems, and internal software; training staff; providing first-line support; and feeding usage and friction data back to the Digital & Systems team. The role is intended for a master’s graduate or early-career engineer with 0–3 years of experience, Python development, IT-systems experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
